Water Pressure Testing
Simulate wind-driven rain to assess the water resistance of installed windows and façades. Our testing follows ASTM E1105, the recognised U.S. standard, as Australia does not currently have an equivalent. Using a calibrated spray wand and controlled pressure, we detect leakage points and verify installation quality. This service is ideal for ensuring compliance, meeting warranty requirements, and identifying defects in both new builds and rectification works.
Anchor Load Testing
On-site testing of structural anchors, rebar, and curtain wall fixings to confirm strength, safety, and compliance. Testing is conducted using hydraulic load equipment and calibrated gauges, with results traceable to AS 5216:2021 and ISO 17025 standards. This method ensures your fixings meet engineering specifications and are installation-ready for certification, sign-off, or remedial validation.
Airtightness Testing
We are preparing to offer on-site Blower Door Airtightness Testing to assess building envelope performance. This service follows ATTMA TS1/TSL2 and ISO 9972:2015 standards, measuring air leakage through pressurisation and depressurisation. It helps improve energy efficiency, verify Passive House targets, and demonstrate NCC Section J compliance.
